研究兴趣 Research Interests：

计算数学；生命科学中的建模与计算（血管等输运网络的演化与生成；血管与脉搏波；肽与生物膜的相互作用的自由能计算和分子动力学模拟）。

Scientific Computing; Modeling and Simulation in biological science (Adaptation and initiation of biological transport networks; Blood vessel and blood pulse; MD simulation and free energy calculation of peptide-membrane interaction).

Post-doctorate of Courant Institute of New York University (2007-2010);
