The Department of Statistics offers a Ph.D. in Statistics and a Master's degree in Applied Statistics. The research areas of our team members cover multiple directions in mathematical statistics, applied statistics, probability theory, stochastic analysis, and financial mathematics. The main research directions include: high-dimensional statistical inference, nonparametric modeling, reliability statistics, statistical process control, change point analysis, design and analysis of computer experiments, time series analysis, stochastic analysis and computation, limit theorems, particle systems, random graphs and complex networks, financial statistics, risk management, derivative pricing, and quantitative trading. 更多阅读
Significant breakthroughs have been made in research areas such as statistical analysis of high-dimensional data, statistical process monitoring and quality management, digital twins and uncertainty quantification, biomedical statistics, stochastic analysis and its applications, financial statistics, and quantitative finance. The results have been published in the top four statistics journals—AOS, JASA, JRSSB, and Biometrika—as well as in the top probability journals AOP and PTRF. 更多阅读
